Choose your country.

Every date worked out for 2027, with the local name and a short note on how to post.

Five rules for posting on special days, anywhere.

  1. Know the days of mourning. Every country has days that remember the dead. A sale or a cheerful post on one costs more goodwill than it brings; a quiet post, or none, is the safe choice.
  2. A shopping day needs a real offer. Black Friday without an offer is noise. With one, say exactly what it is and for how long. In the EU, and in Turkey, a price reduction must be measured against your lowest price of the previous 30 days.
  3. Respect the faith of the day. On a religious day, a warm greeting for those who celebrate fits; selling against it does not. On Islamic holy days, keep alcohol and pork out of your posts.
  4. Mind the names of big events. Some event names are trademarks only official sponsors may use in advertising. Describe the event instead of naming it.
  5. Say whether you are open. On a public holiday, the most useful post is often the simplest: your hours.

Or let your office plan it.

These calendars come from the same calendar your Neaion office plans your posts with. It plans a post for the days of your country, the religious calendar you choose, your trade and the dates you add yourself, a few days ahead, made from your own photos, and each waits for your OK. Days of mourning stay quiet, and a shopping day gets a post only with an offer of yours. How your office makes posts.

Questions

Asked before you start.

Which countries are covered?

The United States, Germany, the Netherlands and Turkey, each with its own page.

Why are days of mourning in a social media calendar?

So you know when not to post. A cheerful or promotional post on a day of mourning is one of the easiest ways for a business to lose goodwill.

Are the religious dates exact?

Christian dates such as Easter are worked out for the year. Islamic dates follow the dates published by Turkey's Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet).
