Good to know before you choose.

Every plan is the same office. What changes is how much it does for you each month: how many customer messages it answers at full quality each day, how many posts it makes, and how often it looks for people asking for what you sell.

Answers are never cut short. Past a plan's daily line your office keeps answering exactly as before and tells you which plan fits; only a flood well past the line waits for you to look at it.

Your data stays yours. You can download all of it as one file at any time, and closing the account deletes it after 14 days. The service is hosted in the EU; the AI providers that read customer messages are named on the sub-processors page.

Questions

Asked before you start.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Without a card you can set up your office, give it your rules from a template or your website, and talk to it in the panel to see how it answers. To let it answer your customers by email, chat and Telegram, you choose a paid plan.

What does "unlimited" mean for answers?

Your office answers every customer message at full quality up to a fair-use line, shown on each plan as answers a day. Past the line it keeps answering exactly as before and tells you which plan fits. Only a flood well past the line is held for you to look at.

Can I pay for a year?

Where a plan shows a yearly price, paying for the year costs about 10% less than twelve months. You can move between monthly and yearly in the billing portal.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from Settings. Before you close the account you can download all of your data as one file.

Are there setup fees or contracts?

No. Prices are in US dollars, taxes are added where they apply, and there is no minimum term.
