Post

Your social media, run from one place.

Your office plans the month, makes each post from your own photos and facts, checks it against the advertising rules of your country and trade, and posts it at the right hour, only with your OK. Reviews and the people asking for you are in the same place.

How a month of posts is made.

  1. A plan for the month

Every week your office plans the posts your plan includes, spread over the days you choose, each at the hour your audience is most likely to see it. Your country's special days are planned in, and days of mourning are kept quiet.

  2. An idea, then the words

Each post starts as an idea built from your business, your products and what your customers keep asking. Ideas you have already posted are not repeated. The words come from your own rules and facts.

  3. Your own photos, improved

A post starts from one of your photos. The light, the framing and the setting can be improved; nothing is added. A short video is made from your own clip, or from two of your photos.

  4. Checked, then yours to approve

Every sentence is checked against your facts and against the advertising rules of your country and trade. You approve each post, or the week at once, before anything goes out.

Made from what is real.

Your office learns your business from your own sources: your website, your shop, your marketplace stores, your Instagram captions and your price list. You confirm what it read before it is used. A price in a post is copied from your price list or your shop, never written by a model.

Edits keep every product, every person, every word and every logo exactly as they are in your photo, and each edited picture is compared with its original before it is used. A picture made from words alone is only used if you switch that on. A photo with a person in it is only used once you have ticked that you may.

Before any video is made, you see its storyboard: each shot, which of your photos it uses, and the line spoken over it. Unless you have switched on autopilot for videos, nothing is generated until you say yes.

Three posts for a sample café in Germany: a photo of the counter with fresh croissants above a dark red panel, a tip about the pasta of the day, and a Christmas Eve greeting, each marked Made with AI
Three posts the office's templates made for a sample café in Germany, in German: a product, a tip and a special day. The photo is the café's own; the panel is the brand's colour.

Checked against the law before you see it.

A post is public, so every one is checked before it reaches you: every sentence against your own facts, then against the advertising rules of your country and your trade. A health promise, "free" without its conditions, a vague green claim, a fake urgency or a review quoted without the reviewer's consent are caught. An offer in the EU or Türkiye must name the lowest price of the last 30 days, so the offer form asks you for it.

A post that cannot be fixed by taking the sentence out waits for you, with the reason in plain words. "Why does this post say this?" shows what each sentence rests on: your price list, your offer, your own words, or the photo.

Every post where AI wrote the words or made or edited the picture carries "Made with AI".

Caught before it is posted

  • A claim your facts do not support
  • Health, "free" and green claims, and superlatives your country's rules forbid
  • A discount without the lowest price of the last 30 days
  • A customer's words used without their consent
  • A cheerful post on a day of mourning

Everything in one place.

  • One calendar for every platform. Each post is cut for each platform you connect, in its own format, and you see the whole month in one calendar.
  • Your OK, your pace. For at least the first four weeks you approve every post, and what you change is learned. After that you can let the week go out on its own, with a plain warning of what that means, and pause it with one tap.
  • Take it down everywhere. One tap removes a post from every platform it went to. TikTok lets only you delete a post, so for TikTok you get the link to do it.
  • Reviews and mentions too. New Google reviews come with a reply drafted in your tone; complaints and reviews about you on review sites are found and brought to you. You post every reply yourself.
  • People asking for you. The same place shows people online who are asking for what you do, with a reply drafted for you to post.
  • A photo request each week. When the plan needs a photo you do not have yet, the office tells you exactly what to take, and how.

What it brought you, counted honestly.

Each post carries its own link. Visits through it are counted without cookies or tracking, and a booking made through that link is credited to the post. Once a month you get a short report: what was posted, what was seen, clicked and booked, the posts that worked and why, and the plan for next month built from those figures.

Where it posts.

To your X account and your Google Business Profile today. Posting to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok is built and goes live as soon as Meta and TikTok have approved Neaion. Each platform is connected with your own account, and each post goes out with that platform's own label for AI-made content where it has one.

What it does not do.

It does not run ads or spend money on your behalf, and it does not buy followers or likes. It does not post as a customer, write reviews of you, or use a customer's photo from your reviews. The number of posts a month depends on your plan; see pricing.

It never

  • Posts before you have approved it, unless you switched that on
  • Invents a product, a price or a person
  • Repeats an idea you have already posted
  • Runs ads or spends your money
Questions

Asked before you start.

Which platforms does it post to?

X and your Google Business Profile today. Instagram, Facebook and TikTok are built and go live as soon as Meta and TikTok have approved Neaion.

Does it make things up?

No. Posts start from your own photos and facts; an edit keeps every product, person, word and logo as it is, and a price is copied from your price list. A picture made from words alone is only used if you switch that on.

Will it post without asking me?

Not unless you choose that. For at least the first four weeks you approve every post. After that you can let the week go out on its own, and pause it with one tap.

How many posts a month?

It depends on your plan; see the pricing page. Every post counts once, however many platforms it goes to.

Is it allowed to post AI-made content?

Yes, when it is labelled. Every post where AI wrote the words or made or edited the picture carries "Made with AI", and the platform's own AI label is set where it has one.
