Every evening, a few lines.
At the hour you choose, your office tells you what it did today: the customers it answered, the bookings it made, what you spent, and what still waits for you. On a quiet day it says nothing. On Telegram you get the whole day; by email, the counts and a link.

On the first of every month.
The month counted, and what stands out in it, each with what you could do about it:
- Customers. How many wrote, how many your office answered without you, how they rated the answers, and the regulars who are overdue for a visit.
- Money. What came in and went out, spending by supplier and category, a product that now costs more from the same supplier, and another supplier who sold you the same thing for less.
- Your shop and your till. Orders and sales from your shop, and your card machine's days where they are connected.
- Your posts. What was posted, seen and clicked, the bookings that came through each post, the posts that worked and why, and next month's plan.

From the month's own figures, a short plan: up to five things to do next month and a few to watch, each pointing to the place in your office where you do it. A number that is not in the month's figures does not make it into the plan. And when a similar business near you appears on a new listing site, changes its prices or gains reviews quickly, you are told once, from what they publish themselves.

Where do I get the reports?
On Telegram, in full, or by email with the counts and a link. The month is also on the Report screen of your office, with any past month to compare.
Are the numbers written by AI?
No. Every figure is counted from your records. Money in different currencies is never added together.
Can I switch them off?
Yes. You choose the hour of the evening summary, and the monthly report can be switched off.
