Hotels and guesthouses

Guests answered in their language, at any hour.

Your office answers guests' questions from your own rules, in whatever language they write, day and night, sends them to your own booking channel, drafts your review replies and keeps your supplier invoices in order.

What it takes off your hands.

  • Guests' questions, in their own language. Check-in time, late arrival, breakfast, parking, pets, the way from the station: answered from your own rules, in whatever language the guest writes, at any hour, including the middle of your night.
  • Bookings stay in your booking channel. Your office tells guests how to book and points them to your own booking channel. It never confirms a room, a date or a price itself.
  • Hours and closed periods, the same everywhere. Your reception hours and the weeks you are closed are known to your office and, when you press it, the same on your Google profile.
  • Reviews. Every new Google review comes with a reply drafted in your tone, for you to post. Tripadvisor is not read automatically, because its terms forbid it; its own alerts do that job.
  • Posts from your own place. Your office plans posts from your own photos of the rooms, the breakfast and the view, around your country's holidays and the dates you add yourself.

And the back office.

Supplier invoices are read from your mailbox and photos, every figure checked, the same invoice counted once and a supplier's new bank account flagged before you pay. Your accountant gets the month as one package. Each evening a few lines tell you what your office did.

The rules it starts with

  • Check-in, check-out and late arrival
  • How to book, and cancellation
  • Breakfast and meals
  • Parking and getting here
  • Pets and children

Good to know.

Your office is not a booking engine or a channel manager, and it never quotes a price for specific dates: guests are always sent to the place where you take bookings. Guests can write by email, your website's chat or your own Telegram bot; WhatsApp is coming.

Questions

Asked before you start.

Can it take room bookings?

No. It is not a booking engine: it tells guests how to book and sends them to your own booking channel, and never confirms a room, a date or a price itself.

Which languages does it answer in?

In the language the guest writes in, from rules you write in yours.

Does it answer Tripadvisor reviews?

Tripadvisor is not read automatically, because its terms forbid it. Google reviews get a drafted reply for you to post.
