These are not settings and not instructions to the AI. They are limits built into the office itself, the same for every business, and no message from a customer, and no setting of yours, can switch them off.

- Send marketing to someone who did not agree to it
- Publish a post that has not passed the law check
- Send a customer an answer that was not checked against your rules

Your office does the everyday work on its own and brings you the decisions, in one list, with one button each, on your phone too. What you let it do by itself is your choice, one kind of action at a time, and you can take it back whenever you like.

Your data, and your customers'.
- Hosted in the EU. To write an answer, a customer's message is read by the AI providers named on our sub-processors page, through their commercial services, under a data processing agreement.
- Not used to train AI. We do not use your data, or your customers' data, to train AI models.
- Each business apart. Your records are kept apart from every other business's at every level, and what your office learns about your business is yours alone, sealed with its own key.
- Yours to take and to erase. Download everything as one file at any time. Erase a customer on their request. Close your account, and everything is deleted 14 days later.
- Your team, each with their role. Owner, admin and staff each see only what their role needs; staff never see your own mail or your money. Two-step sign-in for everyone who wants it.
Honest with your customers.
Every automated message says it was written with AI, as the EU AI Act asks, and a customer who asks whether they are talking to a person always gets the true answer. A customer's records are shown only to that customer, once they have proved who they are.
Tested on every change.
More than 2,000 automated security checks run on every change we make, from one business never seeing another's data to a reply never reaching the wrong person. A change that fails one does not ship.
Asked before you start.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. We do not use your data, or your customers' data, to train AI models. The AI providers are used only through their commercial services, under a data processing agreement.
Where is my data?
The service is hosted in the EU. To write answers, customer messages are read by the AI providers named on our sub-processors page.
What if it makes a mistake?
Every answer shows the rules it came from, so you fix the rule rather than the case. A customer can mark an answer unhelpful, and you are asked what it should have said.
Can my staff see everything?
No. Owner, admin and staff each see only what their role needs. Staff never see your own mail or your money.
