Your office reads the invoices you issue from your invoicing tool every hour, or you add one by hand. It knows which are open, which are due soon and which are overdue, and closes each one when your tool says it is paid. A paid invoice is never chased.
Each morning it asks you about the ones that are overdue, once a week per invoice, and the next four weeks show the money coming in beside the bills going out.

A reminder only when you press it.
Press Remind, in the panel or on Telegram, and one polite reminder goes to the customer's address on the invoice, from your own mailbox. Its words are fixed, never written by AI, in seven languages, with the amount in the right format for its currency and your own way to pay: your invoicing tool's own payment page for that invoice, your payment link, or your bank details.
The money goes straight to you. It never passes through Neaion.
