Two ways customers reach you on Telegram.

Your business's own bot

A bot with your business's name that anyone can find and write to. Your office chat walks you through creating it, or you connect one you already have. Telegram bots are free. Its greeting says plainly that an AI answers.

Your own Telegram account

With Telegram Business, customers keep writing to you, and your office answers for you in those chats. When you write in a chat yourself, your office steps back from it for a day. This needs Telegram Premium.

How it answers.

From your rules. The same rules that answer your email and website chat, in the customer's language.
Once, not in pieces. People send three short messages in a row. Your office waits until they stop, shows "typing…", and answers all of them in one reply.
Bookings too. It offers free times from your calendar and books them, or asks you first, as you chose.
What it cannot read comes to you. A voice message or a question your rules do not cover is brought to you, never guessed.
Honest. Its answers say once a day that they were written with AI, and on your bot the customer can mark an answer helpful or not.

Does a Telegram bot cost anything?

Telegram bots are free. Your office answering through it is part of your plan.

Do I need Telegram Premium?

Only for your office to answer in your personal account's chats through Telegram Business. Your business's own bot works without it.

Can I take over a chat?

Yes. Write in the chat yourself, or press Take over in the Inbox, and your office stays out of that chat for a day.

Does it work on WhatsApp too?
