Every bug report, in one list, most urgent first.
Crash alerts arrive by the hundred and customers describe the same bug in ten ways. Your office turns both into one list of issues, counts the reports behind each, and tells you when something new or serious appears.

Two kinds of bug report, one list.
From your crash reporter
Sentry, Crashlytics, Bugsnag, Rollbar, Honeybadger, AppSignal, Airbrake and Raygun email you when something breaks. Your office reads those emails, and the same crash arriving fifty times becomes one issue with fifty reports. The emails are filed away in your mailbox.
From your customers
"The export button does nothing." A customer's description is kept exactly as written and matched to an issue already open, or opens a new one. The customer still gets an answer from your front desk. You can also turn any conversation into an issue from the Inbox.
Ranked, so you fix what matters first.
Each issue shows how many reports it has and how serious it is, most urgent first. A new report can only make an issue more serious, never quietly less. A new critical issue, or one you marked fixed that is reported again, comes to you at once: on Telegram with the details, by email with a link and no details.
It never
- Touches your code
- Counts the same report twice
- Treats a report as anything but a report
What it needs.
Your mailbox connected, and the Tech support room switched on, so a business that does not ship software never pays for it. No connection to your crash reporter is needed: its emails are enough. Drafting a fix for a reported bug, for your developers to check, is coming.
Asked before you start.
Do I need to connect my crash reporter?
No. Its emails to your connected mailbox are enough.
Will it fix the bugs?
No. Your code is not touched. Drafting a fix for your developers to check is coming.
Does my customer still get an answer?
Yes. The front desk answers the customer as usual; the report is recorded beside the conversation.

Free to set up, no card needed. It reads your website, asks what it could not find, and nothing goes live until you have checked it.
