Barbers and salons

A front desk for your chair, while you cut.

Clients message while your hands are busy. Your office answers them from your own prices and rules, books each service for its own length, fills a cancelled slot from the waiting list, and reminds your regulars when it is time again.

What it takes off your hands.

  • The questions between clients. "How much is a skin fade?", "Are you open on Sunday?", "Can I come in now?" are answered from your own price list, hours and walk-in rule, in the client's language, while you keep cutting.
  • Bookings that fit. Each service is booked for its own length, a beard trim 20 minutes and a colour 90, only at times your hours and your calendar leave free. Each stylist can have their own services, hours, days off and calendar, and is never booked twice.
  • A full day still fills. When nothing suits, a client can wait for a day. If someone cancels, everyone waiting for that day is offered the time, and the first to reply gets it.
  • Fewer empty chairs. A reminder goes before each appointment, and a client can answer it to cancel or move. A client who did not come twice in a year waits for your OK next time.
  • Regulars come back. Your office counts each client's visits and shows you who is overdue. If you set how often a service is usually repeated, the client gets one friendly "time for your next appointment" message with your booking link, where the law allows it (in the EU and Türkiye, only to clients who agreed to hear from you). A regular can also be booked every few weeks in advance.

Your chair, your work, your posts.

Your office plans posts from your own photos of the salon and your work, writes them in your tone, and checks them before you see them. A photo that shows a person is only used once you have ticked that you may use it. Each post waits for your OK.

New Google reviews arrive with a reply drafted in your tone, for you to post with one tap.

Three posts for a sample barber in Istanbul, in Turkish: a hot towel shave now every day, the chair waiting with opening hours from Tuesday to Sunday, and a greeting for Republic Day on 29 October
Three posts the office's templates made for a sample barber in Istanbul (invented), in Turkish: a service, the opening hours and Republic Day.

It starts with the rules a salon needs.

Your office does not arrive empty. It reads your website if you have one, and starts from rules made for salons and barbers, each with blanks for your own answers. Nothing answers a client until you have filled it in and switched it on. Its tone is warm and short, uses the client's first name, and never promises the result of a treatment: it offers a consultation instead.

The rules it starts with

  • Services and prices
  • Opening hours and closed days
  • Booking, and whether you take walk-ins
  • Cancelling, moving and missed appointments
  • Location and parking, payment, tips

Good to know.

Clients can write to your business by email, your website's chat, or your own free Telegram bot, and book on your "Book online" page. Answering Instagram and WhatsApp messages is coming. Bookings go into Google Calendar.

It never

  • Promises how a cut or a colour will turn out
  • Posts a photo of a person without your tick
  • Books a stylist on their day off
  • Takes payment for you
Questions

Asked before you start.

Can clients book a specific stylist?

Yes. Each stylist has their own services, hours and days off, and can connect their own Google Calendar. A client is offered only that person's free times, and nobody is booked twice.

What happens when a client does not show up?

You or your team mark it with one tap. After two missed appointments in a year, that client's next booking waits for your OK, and they are only told the team will confirm.

Can it post photos of my clients' haircuts?

Only photos you add yourself, and a photo that shows a person only after you have ticked that you may use it. Every post waits for your OK.

Does it answer Instagram messages?

Not yet: Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger are coming. Today it answers email, your website's chat and your own Telegram bot, and clients can book on your Book online page.
