Where is my order? Answered, and only to its owner.
Most of a shop's email is the same few questions. Your office answers them from your shop and your rules, shows an order only to the person who placed it, and brings you the cases that need a person.

"Where is my order?", answered only to its owner.
Connect your shop and your office can look up one order by its number: its status, what was shipped and the tracking. It shows an order only to the person who placed it. By email, the sender's address must be the order's. In the website chat, the visitor must give the order number and the email it was placed with.
When the details do not match, the answer is exactly the same as when there is no such order, so nobody can find out whether an order number exists. A delivery address is never read out.
"Where is my order 1042?"An example from a website chat. The office asks for the email the order was placed with. With a match, the customer gets the status and the tracking link from the shop; without one, the same polite answer as for an order that does not exist.
The rest of a shop's inbox.
- Shipping, returns, damaged items. Answered from your own rules. Your office never promises a delivery date or a refund beyond what your rules say; a case that needs a decision comes to you.
- Marketplace questions in Türkiye. Product questions on Trendyol, Hepsiburada and n11 are collected in one list, a reply is drafted from your rules, and it is sent only when you press Send. The ones closest to their deadline come first.
- The month in numbers. With Shopify, your orders and sales are in the monthly report, each currency on its own, beside your spending.
- Posts from your own products. Your office reads your catalogue to know your products, and a price in a post is copied from your shop, never written by a model.
Which shops connect.
Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopware and ikas. The connection only reads your orders and products: your office cannot change an order, a price or a product, and the key is tried once against your shop before it is kept, sealed.
The rules it starts with
