Tell your office. It sets it when you tap.
Opening hours changed? A new price? Closed next Monday? Say it the way you would to a person. Your office says back exactly what it understood and changes it only when you tap yes.

One conversation, wherever you are.
Your office has one chat with you: on Telegram, in the phone app and in the panel, the same conversation in all three. Type, or speak: the microphone uses your phone's own speech recognition, and on Telegram you can send a voice message. The sound is not kept.
It answers in the language you write in, and it knows your office: what is connected, what is missing, what waits for you and what happened today.
Things you can just say
- "We are closed next Monday."
- "On Saturdays we open at 10."
- "Remember that we never do roofs."
- "Connect my calendar."
- "What did the customer from yesterday want?"
- "What is missing?"
It says it back. It sets it when you tap.
Your office never changes a setting because of something it understood. It shows you exactly what it would change, in a card with a Yes and a No, and changes it only when you tap Yes. If the change cannot be made, say online booking without a calendar, it tells you why and gives you the button that fixes it.
Asking about a customer by name opens their file only when it is certain who you mean. Two customers with similar names? It asks which one, with a button for each.
Set up from the chat, too.
Your first conversation sets up your office. It fills in your business at a glance from your Google profile, your website and other public sources: your hours, services, address and phone. You check it and save it once, and it is the same in your bookings and your answers, and on your Google profile when you press it. Then it walks you through your calendar, the channels your customers use and your photos, one step at a time, and remembers where you stopped.
Connections without passwords in chat.
Connecting Google, your calendar or your shop happens on the service's own page, through a one-time link. A password pasted into the chat is never used, and on Telegram the message is deleted.
Asked before you start.
Do I need to use the panel?
No. You can set up and run your office from the chat on Telegram or in the app. The panel is there when you want to see everything on a big screen.
Can it change my settings by itself?
No. It shows you exactly what it would change and changes it only when you tap yes.
Which languages does it speak?
It answers you in the language you write or speak in.

Set up your office in an afternoon.
Free to set up, no card needed. It reads your website, asks what it could not find, and nothing goes live until you have checked it.
