Customers answered, prices watched, hours right.
Your office answers what customers ask about your hours, delivery and ordering ahead, never promises stock it cannot see, keeps your hours the same on Google, posts from your own counter and watches what your suppliers charge.

What it takes off your hands.
- "Are you open?" and "Do you deliver?" Answered from your own hours, closed days and delivery rule, at any hour.
- "Do you have it today?" Your office never promises that something is in stock, or today's price, unless your rules say so. It offers to check, and brings the question to you.
- Ordering ahead. If you put things aside or take orders for the next day, it says how, from your rule.
- Your hours, the same everywhere. Change your hours or closed days once, and the same change is ready for your Google profile when you press it.
- Posts from your own counter. The new season's produce, the bread of the day, a holiday: planned from your own photos, around the days that matter where you are.
What you pay your suppliers, watched.
Supplier invoices are read from your mailbox and photos, every figure checked. Once a month you see a product that now costs more from the same supplier, and another supplier who sold you the same thing for less. The same invoice arriving twice is counted once, and a supplier's new bank account is flagged before you pay.
The rules it starts with
- Opening hours and closed days
- Products and how prices are set
- Ordering ahead
- Delivery
- Payment, location and parking
Good to know.
Customers can write by email, your website's chat or your own Telegram bot; WhatsApp is coming. Your card machine's daily takings from Square or SumUp are coming too.
Asked before you start.
Will it tell customers what is in stock?
Only what your rules say. It never promises that something is in stock or quotes today's price on its own; it offers to check and asks you.
Can it watch my supplier prices?
Yes. Supplier invoices are read and checked, and each month you see a product that costs more from the same supplier and who sold you the same thing for less.
Does it work with my card machine?
Square and SumUp are coming. Your sales by card will then be counted day by day.
