A customer book that fills itself.
Everyone who writes to you as a customer, books, gets an invoice or agrees to hear from you has a page of their own, with everything you did together. Nobody types anything in, two people are never mixed up, and you see who is due back.

It fills itself.
- Someone becomes a customer
They write to you as a customer, book an appointment, get an estimate or an invoice, or agree to hear from you. Promotions and spam never become customers.
- One person, one record
Their email, phone number, Telegram and website chat come together on one record, but only where it is certain they are the same person.
- A number of their own
Every customer gets your business's own number, such as M-0042, so two people with the same name are never mixed up. A number is never given twice.
- Everything on one page
Their conversations, appointments, estimates, invoices and your note, read from where each of them lives, so the page is always up to date.
Who is due back, and who has not come for a while.
For a business people come back to, like a barber, a salon or a studio, your office learns each customer's own rhythm from their visits: an appointment that took place, a paid invoice if you want those counted, or a visit you mention ("Anna came today"). It shows who is due, who is overdue, and who you may have lost.
For someone overdue, one press sends the "time for your next visit" reminder with your booking link, and only where the rules of your country allow it: with their consent where it is needed, and always with a way to say no.
Never merged by a name
- Two customers called Ahmet stay two, until you say they are one
- Asked "which one?" when a name fits several
- Someone who is not a customer can be taken off, and stays off
A list that works like a spreadsheet.
Sort by any heading, filter as you type, show or hide columns, and download the rows you see as a CSV for your spreadsheet. A column nobody fills is not drawn, so a barber does not see columns for kilos.
Ask your office about a customer in plain words ("What did Maria write last week?") and it answers from that one customer's record, after making sure which Maria you mean.
Their data, theirs.
A customer who asks to see what you hold about them gets it as one file. A customer who asks to be erased is erased everywhere at once, except the invoices the law makes you keep. On a chat, a customer's own records are shown only to them, once they have proved who they are: with a code sent to the email address you have on record, or by writing from the Telegram account already on their record. Your staff can read the book but cannot export it or erase anyone.
Asked before you start.
Do I have to enter customers by hand?
No. Customers are added when they write to you as customers, book, get an estimate or an invoice, or agree to hear from you. You can add someone yourself too, such as a walk-in.
What if two customers have the same name?
They stay two records, each with its own number, such as M-0012 and M-0042. When you ask about one by name, your office asks which one you mean. Two records become one only when you say so.
Can I export my customer list?
Yes. Download the rows you see as a CSV, or your whole account as one file. A customer can also get everything you hold about them.
Can my staff see the customer book?
Yes, to do their work. They cannot export it or erase anyone; that stays with the owner and admins.
