What your office does with Google Calendar.
- Offers only free times. Your opening hours, minus what is already in your calendar, minus times already held for other customers.
- Books into it. A confirmed appointment becomes an event, with the service in its title, and leaves it when it is cancelled.
- A calendar for each person. Everyone who does the jobs can connect their own Google Calendar: their busy times make only them busy, and their jobs go into their calendar.
- Your own meetings. The Assistant offers your free times when someone asks to meet, and proposes changes to your own events when a mail asks for one.

How to connect.
Press Connect Google Calendar and approve Neaion on Google's own page. A team member connects their own calendar from "My day" in their browser, or from a one-time link you send them, valid for a week. Each approval finishes only in the browser that started it.
Two people never get the same time.
The calendar is checked again just before a time is booked, and the time is held so that two customers asking at the same moment cannot both get it. If Google is briefly unreachable, a cancelled event is taken out as soon as it can be.

Your office uses your calendar to know when you are busy and writes the bookings it made. From a team member's calendar it reads only when they are busy.
Can two customers get the same time?
No. The time is checked again and held just before it is booked.
Will it move my meetings?
Only when you tap yes on a proposed change, and only events you organised.
