Your Google profile, kept right and answered.
Your office drafts a reply to every review, keeps your opening hours and closed days the same on Google, puts your booking link on your profile and brings your own photos into your posts. You press before anything changes.

What your office does with your Google profile.
- Reviews. Every new review comes with a reply drafted in your tone. You post it with one tap.
- Your hours, the same everywhere. When your opening hours or closed days change, the same change is prepared for Google and sent when you press it, or by itself if you switch that on.
- Your "Book online" link on your profile, pointing to your own booking page.
- Your own photos. On your press, the photos you put on your profile come into your office's library for your posts. Photos customers took are never copied.
- Posts. A post you approved, after it passed the law check, published on your profile when you press it.
- No profile yet? Your office prepares one from your business's details and creates it when you press it. Google's verification stays yours.
What it may change on Google
- Your opening hours and special hours
- Your booking link
- Review replies and posts you pressed
How to connect.
Press Connect, approve Neaion on Google's own page, and choose your location if you have several. Your office then reads your profile to fill in your business at a glance: your hours, services and prices, which you check before anything is used. Before anything is sent to Google, you see your side and Google's side next to each other.
Your public profile is never rewritten.
Your business's name, description, categories and phone number are never changed by your office. Public words go out only as a post you approved, after the law check.
It never
- Posts a review reply without your tap
- Changes your name, description, categories or phone
- Copies a photo a customer took
- Touches a location you did not choose
