Your Gmail, answered for you.
Connect your Gmail and your office answers your customers from your own rules, in the same conversation, from your own address. It files supplier invoices, keeps your own people's mail apart, and never touches your read marks.

What your office does with your Gmail.
- Answers customers from your rules, in the same conversation, from your own address, so the customer sees a normal reply from you.
- Leaves the rest alone. Newsletters, notifications and spam are never answered; a job application or a lead it cannot place is brought to you.
- Files supplier invoices into your books, and keeps mail from your own people (your accountant, your bank) for your morning, apart from customers.
- Drafts replies to your own people in your Gmail, for you to send.
- Sends your newsletters and the payment reminders you press, from your main mailbox.
What it reads and writes
- Reads your incoming mail
- Adds its own labels, such as Neaion/Handled
- Sends replies and the emails you press
- Saves drafts you send yourself
Two ways to connect.
An app password (recommended)
In your Google account, create an app password for Neaion and paste it with your address. Your office signs in to your mailbox with it once to check it works, and only then keeps it, sealed. It needs two-step verification on your Google account; a Google Workspace administrator can switch app passwords off.
Signing in with Google
Press Connect Gmail and approve Neaion on Google's own page. The approval finishes only in the browser that started it, and you can remove it from your Google account at any time.
The same works for up to five mailboxes, such as info@ and sales@, and for any other mailbox with IMAP. A reply goes out from the mailbox the customer wrote to.
Your mailbox stays yours.
Your office marks what it has dealt with by its own label, so your read and unread marks stay exactly as you left them. Mail that arrived before you connected is never answered. Mail between your own mailboxes is nobody's question.
It never
- Marks your mail as read, or deletes it
- Answers a sender the mail server could not verify
- Sends a draft to your own people without your tap
- Answers mail from before you connected
Asked before you start.
Is it safe to connect Gmail?
The connection is made on Google's own page, or with an app password you can revoke at any time. Your office never deletes mail or marks it as read, and never answers mail that is not from a customer.
Can I connect more than one mailbox?
Yes, up to five, such as info@ and sales@, from Gmail or any mailbox with IMAP.
Does it answer every email?
Only customers. Newsletters, notifications and spam are left alone, and a question your rules do not cover comes to you first.
