Your tools hear what happens in your office.
Give Zapier, Make or n8n an address, and your office tells it the moment something happens: a new customer conversation, a booking made or changed, a new review, someone online asking for what you do, an invoice added or marked paid. Each message is signed, so your tool can tell it really came from your office.
A new customer conversation means a real customer: a newsletter or spam that reached your inbox never becomes one.

Small on purpose.
What your tools hear is the minimum: what happened, and its facts. Never a customer's words, your notes, your internal rules or anything secret. What your tools may do is a short list, and none of it reaches a customer: a tool can never send, post, book or pay through your office.

How to connect.
The owner or an admin creates a key in Connections, choosing what it may do. The key is shown once and can be revoked at any time; up to five can be live. Paste your Make or n8n webhook address, or use Webhooks by Zapier; our own Zapier app is coming to Zapier's directory. If an address keeps failing for three days, it is switched off and you are told once.

No. A tool can never send, post, book or pay through your office.
Is there a Zapier app?
Our own Zapier app is coming to Zapier's directory. Until then, Webhooks by Zapier works with the same key and address.
