Xero

Xero invoices, followed for you.

Your office follows the sales invoices you issue in Xero, reminds a late customer with Xero's own online invoice link only when you press it, and reads your suppliers' bills into your books. It writes nothing to Xero.

What your office does with Xero.

  • Follows your invoices. Every hour it reads the sales invoices you issued in Xero, knows which are open and overdue, and closes each one when Xero says it is paid. A paid invoice is never chased.
  • Reminds on your press. A polite, fixed reminder with the amount and Xero's own online invoice link, from your own mailbox, only when you press Remind.
  • Reads your suppliers' bills from Xero into your books, as data, so the same bill arriving by mail is counted once.

What it reads and writes

  • Reads your invoices and your bills
  • Writes nothing to Xero
  • Never touches a payment

How to connect.

Press Connect Xero and approve Neaion on Xero's own page, asking only to read invoices and bills. The approval finishes only in the browser that started it, and you can disconnect Neaion in Xero at any time. A first reading of your invoices starts at once.
