QuickBooks invoices, followed for you.
Your office follows the invoices you issue in QuickBooks, reminds a late customer with QuickBooks' own payment link only when you press it, and reads your suppliers' bills into your books. It writes nothing to QuickBooks.

What your office does with QuickBooks.
- Follows your invoices. Every hour it reads the invoices you issued in QuickBooks, knows which are open and overdue, and closes each one when QuickBooks says it is paid. A paid invoice is never chased.
- Reminds on your press. A polite, fixed reminder with the amount and QuickBooks' own payment link for that invoice, from your own mailbox, only when you press Remind.
- Reads your suppliers' bills from QuickBooks into your books, as data, so the same bill arriving by mail is counted once, and you see what you owe in the next four weeks.
What it reads and writes
- Reads your invoices and your bills
- Writes nothing to QuickBooks
- Never touches a payment
How to connect.
Press Connect QuickBooks and approve Neaion on Intuit's own page. The approval finishes only in the browser that started it, and you can disconnect Neaion from QuickBooks at any time. A first reading of your invoices starts at once.
Sales tax and tips on US receipts you photograph are read as what they are: the tax as tax, the tip as a tip, never mixed.
Asked before you start.
Does it write to QuickBooks?
No. It reads invoices and bills only.
Does the payment go through Neaion?
No. The reminder carries QuickBooks' own payment link for that invoice, and the money goes straight to you.
How do I connect?
