Stripe invoices, followed for you.
Your office follows the invoices Stripe sends for payment and, only when you press it, reminds a late customer with a link to Stripe's own payment page for that invoice. It holds a read-only key, and the money goes straight to your Stripe account.

What your office does with Stripe.
- Follows the invoices Stripe sends for payment. Every hour it reads the open ones, with their due dates, and closes each one when Stripe says it is paid, voided or uncollectible.
- Reminds on your press, with Stripe's own payment page. A polite, fixed reminder in one of seven languages, with the amount and a link to that invoice's page on Stripe, from your own mailbox, only when you press Remind.
- Shows the next weeks. What your customers owe, week by week, next to the rest of your money.
Invoices that Stripe charges automatically have no due date to chase, so they are left alone.
What it reads and writes
- Reads your invoices, nothing else
- Writes nothing to Stripe
- The money never passes through Neaion
How to connect.
In Stripe, open Developers, then API keys, and create a restricted key with Invoices set to Read and nothing else. Paste it in your office. Your secret key is refused: your office only reads, and a key that could do more is not one it should hold.
A Payment Link of your own.
Without Stripe Invoicing, you can give your office your own Stripe Payment Link in Settings. It goes into payment reminders and estimate deposits as the way to pay online, and the payment goes straight to your Stripe account.
