What your office does with Moneybird.

Follows your sales invoices. Every hour it reads the invoices that are open, late, reminded or waiting for payment, and closes each one when Moneybird says it is paid.
Reminds on your press. A polite, fixed reminder in Dutch, English or another of seven languages, with the amount and your own payment details, from your own mailbox, only when you press Remind.
Reads your purchase invoices from Moneybird into your books, as data, so the same bill arriving by mail or as a photo is counted once.
Shows the next weeks. What comes in and what goes out, week by week, next to the rest of your money.

How to connect.

In Moneybird, open your name, then Developers, then API tokens, and create a token that can read sales invoices and documents. Paste it in your office. It is tried once, and if it opens more than one administration you choose which one. A first reading starts at once.

A token that cannot read your bills.

If the token may read sales invoices but not documents, your invoices are still followed, and the Connections card asks you to connect again with a token that may read your purchase invoices too. Your office never asks Moneybird for more than it was given.

Can the reminder be in Dutch?

Yes. Reminders are written in Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian or Turkish, with your own payment details.

No. It only reads.
