An AI office for small businesses in Europe.
Built and hosted in the EU, for small businesses in Europe and the United States. The rules of European business are part of how it works: customers' data, consent for marketing, advertising rules for posts, e-invoices, and telling every customer that a message was written with AI.

Made for Europe from the start.
Several AI agents launched this year are offered only in some countries, or leave out the EU and the UK. Neaion is built and hosted in the EU, by a company in Estonia, for small businesses in Europe and the United States.
That is more than a server's location. The rules of European business are part of how the office works: what may be posted, who may be emailed, how invoices are read, and what a customer must be told.
Built in
- Hosted in the EU
- A data processing agreement in the terms
- Every sub-processor named
- Your data not used to train AI
- "Written with AI" on every automated message
European rules, followed by the office itself.
Customers' data
Download everything about one customer for their request, or erase them on request, conversations included. Invoices the law makes you keep stay.
Newsletters
Only to people who confirmed by double opt-in, or who agreed in another way you can show, with an unsubscribe in one click.
Review requests
In the EU only to customers who agreed to hear from you, never only to the happy ones, and never with anything offered in return.
Posts
Checked against your country's advertising rules before you see them: health promises, "free" without its conditions, generic green claims, and offers without the earlier price the law asks for.
Invoices
XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, Factur-X and Peppol e-invoices read as data, a supplier's new bank account flagged, and lexoffice, sevDesk, Moneybird, Holded, easybill and Billomat followed.
Special days
Your country's holidays and days of remembrance planned into your posts, with no cheerful post on a day of mourning.
Every customer in their own language.
A customer who writes in French, Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian or Polish is answered in that language, from rules you wrote in yours. Fixed messages such as reminders come in seven languages. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes are added where they apply. See the GDPR checklist for AI customer service and e-invoicing in Germany.
Asked before you start.
Is Neaion available in the EU and the UK?
Yes. It is built and hosted in the EU, for businesses in Europe and the United States.
Is it GDPR compliant?
It is built for the GDPR: hosted in the EU, a data processing agreement in the terms, every sub-processor named, your data not used to train AI, and a customer's data exportable and erasable on request. Your own obligations as a business remain yours.
Does it work with European invoicing tools?
Yes: lexoffice, sevDesk, easybill, Billomat, Moneybird and Holded, and XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, Factur-X and Peppol e-invoices.
