Photographers

Inquiries answered, dates held, your work posted.

Your office answers inquiries about your packages and availability from your own rules and calendar, sends estimates with a deposit to hold the date, books each session for its own length, follows unpaid invoices and plans your posts from your own photos.

What it takes off your hands.

  • "Are you free on the 14th?" Answered with the real free times from your Google Calendar, never a date your calendar does not show as free.
  • "What do your packages cost?" Answered from your own rules and price list. A question about a specific shoot gets an estimate, prepared from your price list for you to check and send.
  • A deposit to hold the date. An estimate can carry a deposit, paid through your own payment link, so the money goes straight to you.
  • Sessions booked, each for its own length. A one-hour portrait session and a three-hour event are booked as what they are, with a reminder before each.
  • Getting paid. The invoices you issue are followed from your invoicing tool, and a polite reminder goes to a late client when you press it.

Your work, posted.

Your office plans the month's posts from your own photos and writes the words from what your business really does. You approve each post before it goes out, and a photo with a person in it is used only after you tick that they agreed to it.

People who ask online for a photographer in your area are found for you, with a helpful reply drafted that says who wrote it, for you to send.

The rules it starts with

  • What you shoot, and for whom
  • How to book a first call
  • How you price
  • Availability and response times
  • Contact and business details

Good to know.

Your office never promises a delivery date for photos or a price for a shoot your rules do not cover: it asks you. New Google reviews come with a reply drafted in your tone, for you to post. See when you need consent to post photos of people.

Questions

Asked before you start.

Will it promise a date I am not free?

No. It offers only the times your Google Calendar shows as free, and checks again just before booking.

Can I take a deposit?

Yes. An estimate can carry a deposit, paid through your own payment link, so the money goes straight to you.

Will it post photos of my clients?

A photo that shows a person is used only after you tick that they agreed, and every post waits for your OK.
