Cleans booked, quotes sent, your team on the road.
Your office answers what customers ask about your area and prices, prepares quotes from your price list, books cleans at the customer's door with travel time kept clear, books regular cleans ahead, and tells each cleaner about their own jobs.

What it takes off your hands.
- "Do you clean in my area?" Answered from your service area: postcodes, cities, or a distance around your base. An address outside it is politely told so.
- "How much for a three-bedroom flat?" An estimate is prepared from your own price list, for you to check and send. The customer accepts it online.
- Bookings at the customer's door. The office asks for the address, reads it back, and books a time when someone in your team is free, with travel time kept clear between jobs.
- Regular cleans, booked ahead. Every week, every two weeks or every month: each date is booked through the same checks as any booking, and a date that cannot be booked waits for you, never moved by itself.
- "On my way". Your cleaner presses one button and the customer gets a short message that they will arrive in 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
Your team on the road.
Each person has their own services, hours and days off, and can connect their own Google Calendar. The database refuses to give one person two jobs at once. Each person sees their day as a route with every address, hears the evening before what tomorrow holds, and is told when a job is given to them, moved or cancelled, only about their own jobs.
A customer's address and phone number are seen only by the person doing the job and by you, and never travel in an email.
The rules it starts with
- The area you cover
- Estimates, prices and quotes
- Booking a visit, and emergencies
- Cancelling or moving a visit
- Insurance and payment
After the job.
If you switch it on, the customer gets one short request for a Google review, every customer, never only the happy ones. Unpaid invoices are followed and a polite reminder goes when you press it. Supplier receipts for your products and fuel go into your books from a photo. See Neaion for home services for the same office in other trades.
Asked before you start.
Can it book regular cleans?
Yes. A customer can be booked every week, every two weeks or every month, after they agree. Each date goes through the same checks as any booking, and one that cannot be booked waits for you.
Does it know which areas we cover?
Yes: by postcode, city or a distance around your base. An address outside your area is politely told so.
Can my cleaners use it?
Yes. Each person sees their own jobs as a route, can connect their own calendar, and can tell a customer they are on their way with one press.
