Pet groomers

Every groom booked, every owner reminded.

Your office answers owners' questions while your hands are busy, books each service for its own length from your real free times, sends a reminder before each appointment, offers freed slots to the waiting list and, if you like, tells owners when the next groom is due.

What it takes off your hands.

  • "Do you have anything Saturday for a cockapoo?" Answered with the real free times from your calendar, each for the length of that service, and booked when the owner picks one.
  • Each service its own length. A bath and brush, a full groom, a nail trim: each is booked for its own time, so a long groom never squeezes into a short gap.
  • Prices, hours and what to bring. Answered from your own rules, in the owner's language, while your hands are busy.
  • A reminder before each appointment. Sent where the owner booked, and they can reply to cancel or move it.
  • "Time for the next groom". If you switch it on, the owner gets one short reminder with your booking link after the number of months you set for that service.

Fewer empty slots.

When a full day frees up, the people on its waiting list are offered the time, first come, first served. You mark who did not come, and someone who missed twice in a year waits for your OK before their next booking is confirmed.

Your posts are planned from your own photos of the dogs and cats you groom. A photo that shows a person, such as an owner, is used only after you tick that they agreed.

The rules it starts with

  • Opening hours and closed days
  • Booking, and walk-ins
  • Cancelling or moving an appointment
  • Services and prices
  • Location, parking and payment

Good to know.

Your office answers only from your rules, so a question about an animal's health comes to you, never guessed. Reviews on your Google profile come with a reply drafted for you to post. See ten ways to reduce no-shows.

Questions

Asked before you start.

Can different services have different lengths?

Yes. Each service is booked for its own length, so a full groom never squeezes into a gap meant for a nail trim.

Can it remind owners to book the next groom?

If you switch it on: one short reminder with your booking link, after the number of months you set for each service.

Will it answer questions about a pet's health?

Only what your rules say. A health question your rules do not answer comes to you.
