How we write
How we write.
Neaion is the brand of Rawly OÜ, a company in Tallinn, Estonia, that is building Lychnos Ring and Alkyon. These are the rules every guide, comparison and build-log post on this site follows.
Sources
- Every figure about someone else links to its source and says when we read it: a company’s own page, established press, a health authority such as the WHO, or a peer-reviewed study.
- We say what a study does not show. One study is one study; a link is not a cause; a laboratory is not your bedroom.
- Figures we cannot trace stay out, however often they are shared.
Our own figures
Lychnos Ring and Alkyon are in development. Design targets are marked as targets, measurements as measured with the conditions they were measured in, and prices as expected prices until we confirm them. We publish results and principles, including what did not work.
Health
We write about what research says about phones and screens because it is part of why we build what we build. Our products are not health products, and we make no health claims for them. Our articles are general information, not medical advice.
Comparisons
We compare only facts we can source, with the date we checked them, and we do not run other companies down. If something is out of date or wrong, write to hello@neaion.com: we correct it and change the date on the page.
Independence
No company pays to appear on this site, we take no affiliate fees, and nobody outside Rawly OÜ approves what we publish.
How we use AI
Our articles are drafted with the help of AI, and each one says so. Every figure is checked against the source it links before we publish, and Rawly OÜ is responsible for what appears here. Our product, after all, is an AI assistant: we use the kind of tool we build, and we tell you when we do.
Pages in other languages are translated from our English pages with the help of AI and checked against the same sources; where a page names a phone’s settings, the names come from Apple’s and Google’s own help in that language. Not every translation has been read by a native speaker yet. If you find a mistake, write to us at hello@neaion.com and we will fix it.
Who is behind it
Rawly OÜ, Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia. More in the imprint, and for journalists on the press page.
