AI agent
A personal AI agent that asks first.
An AI agent does things, not only answers. Lychnos handles the small jobs of your day from a ring on your finger, within limits you set, and asks before anything that matters.
What it does In development
- MailReads what matters, drafts replies in your words, and sends on your yes. A buzz only for the mail that needs you.
- CalendarFinds clashes and free slots, and moves or accepts meetings on your yes.
- RoutinesA morning brief. “Tell me when Anna writes.” A flight, a price or a topic watched for you.
- AnswersLive answers from the web and the news, short enough to read at a glance.
- RemindersOn time, as a buzz and one line, wherever you are.
Your rules
An agent is only as good as the limits you can set. Lychnos works on three levels:
| On its own | After your yes | Out of its reach |
|---|---|---|
| Reminders, snoozes, summaries and your morning brief, within limits you set once in the app. | Sending a reply, moving or accepting a meeting, deleting anything. One press, and only then. | Paying: it has no way to pay. Flying Alkyon: the AI can only propose, and tested code decides. |
Why on a ring
An agent that lives in an app waits for you to open a screen. On a ring, its question reaches you as one buzz and one line, “REPLY ANNA: OK 15:00?”, and your answer is one press. Hold the button to say something else instead.
Coming next: calls Planned
For the next version we are building calls: Lychnos phones a restaurant or a clinic to book or move an appointment for you. It says it is an AI when the call starts, asks for your press before it dials, and shows you what was said.
Which AI is behind it
Lychnos runs on current models that we choose and test, with tools in our cloud in the EU: web search, and the mail and calendar you connect with your consent. One brain decides which tool to use, and you hear one voice. If you prefer another provider, you can plug in your own API key.
What it sees
Your mail and calendar are connected only with your consent and read to do what you asked. Every action is logged where you can see it, and you can disconnect an account at any time. More in the ring’s overview. New to agents? Start with what an AI agent is.
Questions
Can it send WhatsApp messages for me?
Not today: WhatsApp’s rules do not let AI assistants send messages for you. Email works from the start.
Can it make phone calls for me?
That is planned for the next version: Lychnos would phone a restaurant or a clinic to book for you, say it is an AI when the call starts, and ask for your press before it dials.
What can it do without asking?
Only what you allow once in the app: reminders, snoozes, summaries, your morning brief. Everything else waits for your yes.
Can it pay for things?
No. Lychnos has no way to pay. The ring’s planned payment chip works only when you tap it on a card terminal yourself.
