Choose Oura Ring 5 if

You want to understand your sleep, recovery and activity, you are happy to read the results in an app, and you want a ring that ships today. Health is what Oura is built for.

Choose Lychnos Ring if

You want the small things of your day handled from your finger: the next meeting, the mail that matters, a reminder, a quick answer, a yes or a no. It talks back, shows the first line on a see-through screen, and reaches its assistant over its own eSIM, so the phone can stay in your bag.

Why not both in one?

That is where we are going, in order. A ring has room for one small battery; ours spends most of it on the radio that lets it work without a phone. So the first model keeps its whole battery for conversation, and the second adds sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability, skin temperature, stress, blood oxygen and blood pressure trends. Why we chose that order.
